General Terms

‍1.1 These terms apply to all services provided by Avci Group LLC.

1.2 By working with Avci Group LLC, the client agrees to these terms.

1.3 These terms only apply to services provided directly by Avci Group LLC and not third-party providers.

1.4 "Client" refers to the entity engaging Avci Group LLC for services.Pricing and Payment

‍2.1 Services are billed based on either a fixed price or a % based commision.

2.3 Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within 14 days.

2.4 Late payments incur a $25 late fee per reminder notice.2.5 All prices are exclusive of taxes.

‍Ownership of Work
‍3.1 All rights to completed work belong to the client upon full payment.

‍Confidentiality and References
‍4.1 Avci Group LLC will not disclose confidential information to third parties.

4.2 Avci Group LLC may use the client’s name and project as a reference for marketing purposes.

‍Data Protection

‍5.1 Avci Group LLC will handle client data according to applicable data protection laws.

5.2 Avci Group LLC will not share personal data with third parties without prior written consent.Liability and Force Majeure

‍6.1 Avci Group LLC is not liable for indirect damages or losses.

6.2 Avci Group LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control (force majeure).

‍Dispute Resolution

‍7.1 Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
